Analysis: Kluber led the majors with a 2.25 ERA and his 18 wins tied for the most in baseball.

Kluber struck out six, ending the game with a 12.79 ERA and 2.05 WHIP on the season.
Analysis: Kluber was able to miss bats with his usual frequency - he just couldn't get Didi Gregorius out. The Yankee shortstop homered twice off the Cleveland ace, two of the four Kluber allowed while lasting a total of 6 1/3 innings in his two starts of this series. It's a highly disappointing ending for both the likely AL Cy Young Award winner and an Indians team that won 102 games during the regular season.

Analysis: Kluber had his worst outing of the year. He allowed six runs for the second time this season, also done April 15 against Detroit. Kluber finished the regular season 10-1 with a 1.42 ERA in his final 12 starts.
|Oct. 1 2:44 AM PT3:44 AM MT4:44 AM CT5:44 AM ET5:44 ET9:44 GMT17:44 2:44 AM MST4:44 AM EST5:14 AM VEN13:44 UAE4:44 AM CT-Corey Kluber allowed one run on six hits in 5.0 innings as the Cleveland Indians lost to the Chicago White Sox 2-1 on Saturday. Kluber struck out three, ending the game with a 2.25 ERA and 0.87 WHIP on the season.
Analysis: Kluber was lifted after just 81 pitches in a tie game in his final tuneup for a likely start in Game 1 of the ALDS, which prevented him from a chance of winning a seventh consecutive outing. Cleveland's ace should be in top form when he takes the mound against the Yankees or Twins on Thursday.

Analysis: The likely AL Cy Young Award winner won his sixth straight start, improving to 10-1 with a 1.39 ERA since the beginning of August.

Kluber struck out nine, ending the game with a 2.35 ERA and 0.85 WHIP on the season.
Analysis: Kluber was his usual dominant self as he won his fifth consecutive start and became the first AL hurler to reach 17 victories this season. The only question fantasy owners should have about the Cy Young candidate is if he's rested some down the stretch with the Indians bidding for a deep playoff run.

Analysis: The right-hander retired 20 of his last 22 batters on his way to double-digit strikeouts for the 14th time this season and 38th of his career.

Analysis: Kluber improved to 6-1 with a 1.83 ERA in his last seven starts. He's walked six and struck out 61 over 54 innings in that span and continues to make a very strong case for another Cy Young Award.

Kluber struck out 12, ending the game with a 2.65 ERA and 0.91 WHIP on the season.
Analysis: It's the 11th time in his last 14 starts that Kluber has allowed two runs or fewer, but it wasn't enough for a win this time.
|Aug. 19 9:19 PM PT10:19 PM MT11:19 PM CT12:19 AM ET0:19 ET4:19 GMT12:19 9:19 PM MST11:19 PM EST11:49 PM VEN8:19 UAE11:19 PM CT-Kluber escaped Friday with a minor sprain of his right ankle, an injury that manager Terry Francona hoped will not cause him to miss a start. And considering the offense that the Indians piled up in a 10-1 rout of the Royals, just about anybody could have been on the mound and been successful.
Analysis: Kluber (12-3) was cruising along until there was one out in the sixth inning, and Eric Hosmer sent a grounder to the right side of the infield. Kluber winced coming off the mound to cover the bag, and Francona and the team's training staff quickly jogged out to the mound. "It's a low ankle sprain and on the mild side. It's not the dreaded high ankle sprain that you hear with NFL guys," said Francona.

Kluber struck out nine, ending the game with a 2.71 ERA and 0.91 WHIP on the season.
Analysis: The Cleveland ace won his third straight start, though he did have a streak of five consecutive outings with 11 or more strikeouts end. With a 6-1 record, a 1.73 ERA and a whopping 123 strikeouts over his last 11 assignments, Kluber is a no-brainer fantasy start every time he takes the mound.

He's 7-1 with a 1.70 ERA in 13 starts since then while striking out 142 over 95 1/3 innings. Kluber is just the third pitcher to strike out at least eight in 13 consecutive starts, joining Randy Johnson and Pedro Martinez.

Analysis: The 14 Ks were impressive even by Kluber's high standards, considering he's now recorded double-digit strikeouts in seven of his last eight starts. The 2014 AL Cy Young winner has fanned 90 while going 3-1 with a 1.37 ERA during that stretch, and he's yielded one earned or less in six of those assignments.
